I'm curious to see if there's any interest in seeing a Normandy German mortar team or maybe a 20 mm quad gun firing on some ground targets? A standing German mortar team would be cool to display in the courtyard of some of the upcoming buildings being released by other manufactures.

They would be welcome additions as would some Nebelwerfers all of which have been ignored for too long

A W-SS mortar team would be welcome, and as Mitch says, a Nebelwerfer would also be a big plus. Especially like the Nebelwerfer. -- Al

Mortar team seems to be a no brainer- for some reason I was thinking they did one with the recent HJ release but I was mistaken. Have wondered for years now why no mortars

Nebelwerfer- personally, indifferent, really couldn't see me buying one.

currahee...

Not buy a nebelwerfer!!!! they are an awesome piece of kit and done well would be a great addition to any WWII set up. Motors are a strange one the last german was I think the AK version and FJ version but, can't recall a normandy or winter version.

Mainstay of the troops in the field thought we would have them on a very regular basis

Oh I agree Mitch, just looking at cost and room constraints- guess I would have to see how it all played out and looked- though I agree- you would think we would have seen one of those already.

Cheers

Hi Chris. Unless my memory is faulty, a Nebelwerfer WAS done in a winter and summer version by Patriot a few years back. The summer version disappeared pretty fast. They were well done and I think they were 1/30, maybe 1/32. Came with a crew, too. -- Al

Currahee..

I agree it would probably be quite expensive and probably need add on crews so, as kidneys etc seem to be important maybe the thought of one may b e better than the actualities of a released one
