Hi Brad,

Thanks for your plan to follow up with Rick. I, too, am very interested in the reference to Rome!

Warmest personal regards,

Pat

Help me on this, I,m not putting two and two together!

I'm not quite following either. The only thing I can loosely couple together is the North African releases and Anzio Annie but this bypasses Sicily, Salerno etc.

I can only gather that he's referring to the FJs that K & C put out a few months back. Other than that I don't think we've seen any hints of an Italian campaign by K & C.

Gary:

More than likely some sort of trade show in Rome. I believe they (Team Figarti) attended one in Germany last year.

After re-reading Brad's post it looks as if I was/am WAY OFF! In short, I now have no idea. Sorry Gary!

What's with all the "fed up" talk? Seriously. Figarti does great work and seriously unique stuff. He's not like Andy where this is what he does every day for a total living.

Give them some slack but kindly let them know the interest is there.

Being vocally "fed up" with a producer can do harm to the relationship which has been built and lead the maker to believe that the line is not worth pursuing if people are so angry.

Just my 2 cents worth.

I'm glad to hear that there will be add on sets for the modern lines. No one else is doing much here. Look forward to what Figarti have in store.

Simon

Guys,
Rick's reference to Rome is linking to the Leopold "Anzio Annie"
If you remember there was also a 4 fig set in Chicago of German "Heer" Division which has the same RMG prefix as the Rail gun.
What's next ? we'll have to wait and see.:D

Regards
Clive

hi mate,

i already clarified in a subsequent post that 'fed up' may appear a wee bit strong, but that's how i felt.

as with many here, i'm a big Figarti fan (check my posts in other threads), and i really felt that the agony of waiting for news of the items.

i have been saving up my undervalued singapore currency for some time now to purchase the V1 extension ramp and the Panzer auf J (even at the point of putting off purchases from other manufacturers), and the lack of news 2 1/2 months down the road got to me.

i felt after waiting around 2 1/2 months for news, its quite fair for me to vent my concern (and frustration).

after all, all i asked for is news of the products, not immediate release of items.

i sincerely hope that from this thread, it will be apparent to Figarti that there are a lot of admirers and waiting customers, but please don't let us scraping for bits of news.

any slights and inconveniences regretted.

thank you for reading.
