The Persians not only had superior numbers; but were more diverse than the Greeks, using large numbers of archers to pin an enemy in place while their infantry overran them. The biggest advantages of the Greeks were their armor and discipline.

Hi TG Team,

When will we see this great piece of artillery being offered? It is very versitile, allowing us to chose to man it with a WW1 Austrian garrison at the Belgian front during the war of movement, or at the Alps battering the Italians..or in WW2 sending Sevastopol forts into the air......{sm4}{sm4}{sm4}

Greg sorry I cannot find your last request for more pictures of works in progress of fighting Persians so replying here! We have just had 3 more sculpts in but they need work doing on them so nothing to show yet. We also had the Ancient Briton sculpts in but once again 'more work is required' as they used to tell me at school!
London show is end of June, we should have all the above in on display and for sale then so the end is in sight!

That is great news!!
Will they have German WW2 garrisons or Austrian WW1 garrisons?
Will the garrison not offered with the piece, be offered as an add on?
How many soldiers make up the garrison?
If we wish more soldiers to complement the original garrison that comes with the piece will these be offered?
Do you have an expected date they will be available at your on line shop?
Can you post pics of the final set here for us to see, the only pic we have is of the prototype.....{sm2}{sm2}{sm2}
Will Treefrog be offering them?
