Somewhere in a more desolate area of the N. African desert lies Arbet 'Asud (or village of the Four Lions). Not found on most axis or allied maps, Arbet 'Asud has been discovered by Rommel's Afrikakorps to have a plentiful supply of natural spring water making it a perfect desert outpost for hot and thirsty troops.

Perhaps this may also be the first diorama to feature K&C's new sandstone Four Lions Town Fountain, a lovely piece I might add:

Nice one ! Good use of the figures around the fountain, most natural scene.

Positive this is the first dio using the new fountain WO. This has come up great, sure it will feature in many more dio's in the future. Robin.

Nice one WO and the new fountain works a treat!

These are stunning WO and really evocative - brilliant!
Thanks much!

Thanks Steve.

I've shot these tea drinkers once (or maybe twice before), but here they are in front of the new Four Lions Fountain. The problem I run up against is that my background isn't very wide so I'm limited as to how wide I can make the shot.
