Are these Britains Series B Figures (1 Viewer)

Good Morning All: Found a small box with these figures inside. No markings, but they appear to be Britains Series B. I haven't been able to find anything on line that matches. They measures just over 2" and are hollow core. They all appear to be the same except the horses are different colors. There is only one that looks like a huntsman. As always any information will be appreciated.

They certainly resemble Britains set B1, as seen here: https://sites.google.com/view/britainsbscalesoldiers/home
The plume colour is wrong for the Life Guards, but would be OK for Dragoon Guards. I couldn't find anything in Joplin's Great Book that was close. I would expect them to be marked as Britains; the company was pretty careful of that due to frequent pirating of their figures. But early figures may have been unmarked.

Thanks Mike for the information and links. I will check them out and see what I can learn. The first thing I did when I found them was look for the Britains mark, but I can't find anything and since many of them have lost paint it should be easy to spot. Maybe Hanks? Just found these in a past C&T auction: https://bid.candtauctions.co.uk/m/l...348?url=/m/view-auctions/catalog/id/84?page=5

James Opie does the IDs on toy soldiers for this auction site, so I trust his call. Hanks was one of the main pirates of Britains figures in the early days.

In my opinion, these are certainly NOT Britains, Hanks is a much better identification.
The figure on the standing black horse is a Crescent figure circa 1950.

If the figures on brown horses are representing Dragoons ---- fine, remember Lifeguards do not ride brown horses

Hanks horses always have flat , not rounded inside legs
