This appears to be WS231, but the kneeling guy next to the Halftrack seems to new as Wayne pointed out. Robin.

The pointing MP WS232 is standing straight up. This guy is more hunched over. I'd say he's new as well.

Yes he is, he's the American who goes with the Normandy version M20 armored car.

Wayne would have picked up on it if he was a German wearing a grey uniform, the OD threw him off.

Yes you are correct on this ... he looks new as well. The pointing figure pictured in the diorama is pointing with his left hand, WS232 points with his right hand so it can't be him.
