Armoured Train (2 Viewers)

Thanks Jag...dont think anyone else will send the measurements...measuring tapes are hard to find...I would like to have a go at a proper scale Tiger......thanks Tom

As promised I got out my 1/32 Unimax Tiger I...the measurements are 7 " long , 2 1/2 " from ground to hull deck , 3 1/2 " from ground to top of turret & the width front 4 3/8 "...I took a few pic's for you...

Thanks very much Jag.....that gives me a better understanding of scales...actually my Tiger at what I reckoned would be close to 3/4 scale was not too far out...6 inches long...made it narrower on purpose at 3 inches wide....about 3 inches high at the turret......the idea was to make a smaller less detailed, less expensive tank to be used as background for full sized tanks.....beaut mate......now I can do a full sized Tank and use me 3/4 Tiger to illustrate my point better....thank you for all your trouble...much appreciated......will get stuck into the Tiger after I have finished a couple of things I have in mind ,,,,,,probably about 4 weeks ,,,all things going okay....thanks again....Tom

PS...due to your clever photos...I can use your pics to measure gun length...(which you show..)..turret length and height...etc...should be the full bottle on the proportion now mate...thanks again...Tom.
