Arnhem Displays (1 Viewer)

Great thread John and your Arnhem collection is first rate; I really like that Conte priory, where did you get such a well done item ;)? Also love the other huge building you have, terrific stuff.

Love that diorama Harrie, those buildings are superb, really like the groundwork and hedges, fences, etc you built in around them.

I just got several of them in the post, will be building and painting them as soon as I clear some other projects off of my workbench.

Let's keep this Arnhem thread going...........

Yea if you collect Arnhem

We all know what is happening to that range ! :) :) :) :) :) :) :)

Well I look at Ron's little joke as a real wake up call! I began collecting King

and Country just as the first Arnhem series was ending. My first purchases

were made at Gideon's "Classic Toys" in NYC. I remember the Bren Gun Carrier

(I missed) and Lt Col John Frost, Maj Gen Urquhart, and Lt Gen Horrocks with

Map which I did get, along with several other figures. I'm still chasing a good

number of those figures, and now several of the second series have been

retired, so take a few moments, and grab a few of these while you can, you

certainly will not be disappointed!

Here are a few of my favorites........

And the one I am especially looking for! (second Image)

I just watched the DVD - again ;) - of A Bridge Too Far - last night !

The wife made the mistake of saying she wasn't sure if she had seen the movie - hehehe, gave a great reason to take over the TV last night :D

She kept saying - "honey, I remember I have seen this ..." I said - Sorry its on now - we need to watch to the end :p

GREAT FLICK !
