Hi all-

I recently broke out some older 1/18 scale items to create a few scenes to photograph. Thought I'd share with you here:

I must say that after collecting 1/32 and 1/30 scale items over the past couple of years, it's equally nice to "upscale" to 1/18, reminding me of what originally drew me to the larger-scale items. They do take much more space, but the figures can be posed and accessories are removable providing one a nice opportunity for variations.

Comments welcome.

Agree, had over 500 figures, the ability to alter the poses and accessories was great. Robin.

That's a lot of figures! I would love to find a case for my modest collection. Sort of a footlocker with extra compartments for guns and provisions.

This metal tool box works well for 1/30, reckon 1/18 figures/accessories would fit too. Robin.

do you store all your figures in a similar fashion?

I wish Mitch, I have 20 boxes, but I cannot keep ahead of the releases. They store around 80 figures, or less if replaced by small vehicles etc which can fit into the bottom compartment. I use the thin foam from the packaging to line to protect chipping. Robin.
