How strange that someone would come in the dead of night and leave pot plants on your patio!.............^&grin

Luv the Kangaroo on the patio photo. Reminds me of when I lived in the New England region of New South Wales, our house was next to a small park on the outskirts of town. A local Council employee was happy to lend me some sprinklers and every week I'd stick them in the outlets and made sure the park (and some of my property) was well watered. The local Kangaroos appreciated the nice green grass, especially during the hot dry Summer months, there'd often be over a dozen or more in the park at night. Times have changed, and it's now rare to see lush Green grass in public parks, something about saving water I guess :wink2:

A couple of Australia's better exports...............

It' all in the legs....:wink2:

Yummy........

A couple of Australia's exports we don't want back...........:rolleyes2:

Wow, that photo of Kylie's bottom has made me feel all patriotic...or something.

Great Thread. Well done boys. A fantastic day for The Land Down Under. If my memory serves me correctly the singer in the video is Corporal Deb Cotton, School Of Music, Watsonia Army Barracks, Victoria. A superb voice. She sang our Anthem at last years Edinburgh Military Tattoo in Melbourne.
Cheers Howard:salute::

GOD BLESS AUSTRALIA

Thanks Howard, google was no help to me. I wonder if she is related to Squadron Leader Sidney Cotton, the often overlooked champion of aerial photo recon.

Edinburgh Tattoo in Melbourne? Don't mind me, wouldn't/shouldn't it be the Melbourne Military Tattoo?

ATW!

Paul mate,
You are so right, it was. I was a bit rushed when entering that post. A wonderful event. Loved seeing Aussie bands marching and playing with the best of Scotland.
Cheers Howard
