Thanks a lot, the credit goes to the figures! The figures are lose and can be removed easily. I will post the measurements on Monday, the dio is in my office on a shelf.VERY cool. May i ask what the base size is and if the figures are in anyway fixed?

Totally true and very well oberved, it is actually Hungarian Grenadiers fighting for the Austrian Empire during Napoleonic Wars. The Austro-Hungarian Empire started to exist by 1867, so by that time, it was still just the Austrian Empire.Brendan,
Yes they look nice, but what about the washing after a day on the battle front???
Luckily the offices wore a light grey coat so the look OK for the mess dinner that night
By the way, these soldiers are Hungarian, as depiced wearing the sky blue trousers, all part of the Austro-Hugarian Empire.

Many thanks! As Obee pointed out, the uniforms are actually the ones of the Hungarian Grenadiers in the Austrian Army. I also like their white uniforms, but even more I like the white uniforms of the "Austrian" Austrian Army, like from the pics attached, they look really cool:Great diorama! I love those white Austrian uniforms.

Here we go, the size is 20 x 30 cm, the figures can be removed easily.VERY cool. May i ask what the base size is and if the figures are in anyway fixed?
