All,

Anyone have any idea what this figure is?

It was in a BR23 K&C box has K&C stamped on the bottom.

Looks exactly like a 10th Lincolnshire Marching Soldier BR23, but the facing(cuffs, collar & front of jacket) are the lite blue of the Fusiliers.

It could be a repaint?

Does anyone else have any info?

Andrew :)

I's day that someone asked for a repaint possibly, and Andy figured that since that person, or people were such good collectors, that what the heck?:)

Looks like quite a nice figure:)

Or someone else could have purchased the original and painted it?:)

Andrew

That has to be a repaint - it is a BR23 figure.

Somebody got handy with a paintbrush ! ;)

Sorry to revive an old topic but I purchased the exact same figure last year. It looks like K&C modified several of it's late release 10th Lincoln figures such as this one and the British officer BR017 to go with their new line of British regulars. I have both and I'd be glad to post photos if anyone's interested.

Yes, would you please post if you have a few moments! I looked at all my BR023's and BR017's and found none.:( I like the unique and one-offs, especially if they were a K&C spin and not a guy with a paint brush and a few hours. I have seen some "wonderful" mods at shows by professionals and of course by our own special artist here on the TFF.
Thanks and looking forward to seeing them.
