Ron Barzo had figures sculpted for a follow-up to his Lexington set, and according to reports He and the new owner of the molds of those figures, LOD, are planning to do
a Yorktown set. Ex-Force figures are working on American woodsmen/mountain men/early pioner-ish and war of 1812 line both sides
ATS did 8 poses of Am Rev a number of years ago. 4 of those poses are still available from his site. I wonder if enough guys badger him enough if he would run the mold for the other 4 guys. Who knows?

Way to go Cattown--you've made me green with envy!!!! Seeing those photos with all 8 poses just makes my mouth water!!!! I've wanted the other 4 poses for years and have been waiting impatiently for Al to run the other four. Let's all hope he does so soon.
The dark blue ones are from years and years ago. Al released a limited run (samples/test?) before a full release. It was made up of 16 figures 2 each of the 8 poses. It included 2 white horses from two different original makers - one with a base the other without a base. The plastic is odd - pliable soft yet can "snap" off easily. When left for a time together they can stick to each other. With the general release, only four of the 8 were offered. You see them in the lite blue, dark blue, and gray. I had read about the mounted pose - A friend told me there was a picture somewhere, reading this I wanted to see if I could maybe track them down. I had forgotten that I already had them - I had packed them away in fear of damaging due to too much handling. Just a couple of years ago Al had a limited sale that if you bought so many you would get the standing officer with the pistol. You can see that the mold was reworked a bit - the area around the sword is "thickened" up - Looking at the others not being offered now you see that those areas, sword tops, scabbards, rifle ends, the thin pits - though nicely detailed and proportioned might have been the issue as to why they were not run in mass.

Thanks for that link! I used to look at ATS a lot. They have a fantastic range of the old Spanish TS makers. It was good to look over them all again.

thanks for the info. I saw all 8 poses on his site years ago, but was not able to get them all at that time. Sometime later I did pick up the 4 in all the colors you mention. I think they are great figures and would love to get the other 4. I have never seen them on Ebay. I hope Al runs them all sometime. Thanks again for the info.
