What was the method you used to paint the skin tones? I've only painted blacks in 1/72 scale, and I did it by using a basic brown and then applying highlights.

For the shadows use dark blue.Color base is "leather"(C-18 by VDSA ) Is more difficult to paint white skin(especially large surfaces of skin)..for this I have "Skin Paint Set".

One more thing...aplly the shadow as the color base it's still wet
