The nice lady you were talking to is actually the painter of the scenes in the backdrops. I used Traverse scenic items and backdrops in my "Civil War as Big as I can Make it" thread under dioramas.

Thanks for your input. I have looked over your "Civil War As Big As I Can Make It" diorama. It looks just great! By the way, I have since noted the artist signature on the backdrop I purchased at the OTS Show is a "C. K. Bonick" and therefore not David Bonick who I also talked to at the show and has since via E-mail contacts confirmed that his mother is the artist for the backdrops. I should be getting my second different diorama backdrop made by Traverse Dioramics later today via Treefrog Treasures which I will place behind my WW1 diorama.

It is a very nice backdrop! We picked the new ones up in Chicago and I will have them available on the TF website later this week.
