Our first plants and trees included these immensely popular bamboo stands, palms and two sizes of deciduous trees.
The Bamboo stands perfectly add some local colour and detail to your dioramas and displays. With the addition of a few figures (perhaps some Viet Cong about to spring an ambush or an Australian SAS patrol about to do the same), or a vehicle like King & Country’s M113 armoured personnel carrier, upcoming Land Rover, or the distinctive Type 92 ‘Jyu Sokosha’ Tankette, and you have a ready-made display for your home or office.

Our Palm Tree range features beautifully hand fashioned palm trees on a sturdy textured base. The palm trees include a variety of finely crafted and realistically detailed frond and trunk types, including Broadleaf and Sugar Palm, and come in a choice of either jungle brown, perfect for your Vietnam and Pacific dioramas, or desert yellow for North Africa. The palm fronds are crafted with a metal core, allowing you to bend them to the desired shape, which will influence the actual height of your tree.
The trees are currently available in a variety of types- a standard palm (small or medium), a broadleaf palm and a sugar palm; coming in a choice of two different base colours; either jungle brown or desert yellow.
The small standard palms have a trunk height of approx. 7.5-9.5cm tall, the medium approx. 10.5cm, while the broadleaf and sugar palms both stand approx. 11cm tall. At the moment a third, large size tree (15cm trunk) is being produced and will soon be available.

Our Deciduous Trees have been carefully sourced to bring you the best quality products available. Trees are an important part of many diorama scenes and ours are not only beautiful examples, but robustly constructed, meaning they lose little of their foliage when handled. The branches of the trees may be re-positioned to achieve your desired shape. They come in two different sizes; standard and large. The standard tree measures approx. 13cm (5”) tall, retailing for AU$40, while the large tree measures approx. 21cm (8.5”) tall and retails for AU$80.
