Banned forever... (2 Viewers)

The problem is though that people have become scared to fly the flag incase they are assumed to be racist. I have my St. Geordies cross flying, especially today.
Scott made a point about an Indian woman he works with, well unless he's in India, doesn't that make her American?:)

She wasn't a citizen the last I heard in 2008 BUT, her son did 3 tours in Iraq and Afghanistan with a Yankee Division unit. I have no problem flying my flag. With our 1st Amendment some wack-a-loons get to co-opt the US flag.

I can't figure that one out. The shows I've seen on Cartoon Network and Comedy Central would make that statement incorrect. Maybe Norman Lear meant network TV as opposed to cable. The Archie character on AITF wasn't shown as correct in his views and slowly through the series he gained some depth.

Since I watched an episode of "Mum" on Youtube, I can't see the show as "banned forever," just currently not shown on the BBC. I'd like to see a story actually from the BBC and not The Mail. The story smells of a "them vs. us" journalism.

I did notice the the Indian characters on "Mum" while funny did seem to get the funny observations about the British. That's an old stage tradition of wise servants and foolish masters.

I just read that Lear is pitching a sit-com with Burt Reynolds and Loni Anderson as retirement home residents!
