Just purchased this on ebay 170us,bargain i reckon could'nt resist does anyone else own one what are your opinions?
Great find. It's about the same price when it first came out.
I have the 3 versions. The tanks are great! It was the start that "revolutionized" the the tank tracks which until then, tracks where one-piece mold.
Not to thrilled with the crew figures though. I use KC tankers to go with it in diorama set ups
If you've seen the "Gold Series," which later came out (Tigers & Shermans), your eye-balls will pop. They were customized to the collector's whim, down to the unit numbers (but pricey at $300 each)
HB Barkmans, Tigers & Shermans fit and blend perfectly well with KC and Figarti.
Another great piece is the Panther Tank Recovery Vehicle.

Now the waiting game postage 7-14 days usually............I really like the HB Panthers. I've got the three Barkmann Panthers, the winter and Soviet ones, as well as a couple of Jagds and one each of the Bergs + damaged Panther. I guess that means I like 'em.
They have a real quality felto them and the detail and subdued paint works very well. I saw this one on ebay and didn't think it would last long. Good pick up. I think you'll be pleased with it.

I own 3 HB vehicles. Damaged summer Panther and Re-supplying Panther. I like both of them a great deal. My favorite is the ambush camo pattern Jagdpanther I was able to get. It is my favorite vehicle in my collection of KC, NMA, CS, and HB. The camo job is just outstanding as is the detail of the model itself. HB made great vehicles. -- lancer
Unfortunately, I let most of them go by and I think our chances of getting them are slim and none and slim just left town
I was late to the party. I really wanted one of the HB Shermans and the ambush camo jagdpanther. I found a leftover "resupplying the Panther" on sale - one left- at a dealer. Scrounged another dealer storeroom for a slightly damaged but easily repaired Sherman and a forgotten bergepanther. The jagdpanther was very difficult. Louis helped me find one and it was 2 tone green which is ok but I never did see an ambush camo jag anywhere.
Pandagen1 said he has spares of the panthers and is willing to trade - don't know if that includes an ambush camo jag.
