Great find. It's about the same price when it first came out.

I have the 3 versions. The tanks are great! It was the start that "revolutionized" the the tank tracks which until then, tracks where one-piece mold.

Not to thrilled with the crew figures though. I use KC tankers to go with it in diorama set ups

If you've seen the "Gold Series," which later came out (Tigers & Shermans), your eye-balls will pop. They were customized to the collector's whim, down to the unit numbers (but pricey at $300 each)

HB Barkmans, Tigers & Shermans fit and blend perfectly well with KC and Figarti.

Another great piece is the Panther Tank Recovery Vehicle.

I really like the HB Panthers. I've got the three Barkmann Panthers, the winter and Soviet ones, as well as a couple of Jagds and one each of the Bergs + damaged Panther. I guess that means I like 'em.
They have a real quality felto them and the detail and subdued paint works very well. I saw this one on ebay and didn't think it would last long. Good pick up. I think you'll be pleased with it.

Now the waiting game postage 7-14 days usually............;)

Now you've just got to keep an eye out for Panther '424' and ''421'. :)
I like the fact that they released the three, all with slight differences (numbering, equipment, side shields etc), so that they can be used together in one setting.

Good price Wayne. I have the resupplying the panther which I am going to use in an all Honour Bound dio with the Jagdpanther, Bergepanther and field kitchen/food line

I still have some spare of all the HB panthers if people are looking for them, would swap for newer sets, K&C and Figarti. PM me if interested.

I usually judge the vehicles as to how I think they match the real vehicle. In this respect I think that HB did a very good job. The lightly done camo for Barkmann's 422 looks rather good as well as the overall dimemsions of the tank. I just wish that they didn't blacken the muzzle brake. A slight darkening would to my eye be alot more accurate. Also, the handles on the tools should be more of an straw color than a brown IHMO.

I own 3 HB vehicles. Damaged summer Panther and Re-supplying Panther. I like both of them a great deal. My favorite is the ambush camo pattern Jagdpanther I was able to get. It is my favorite vehicle in my collection of KC, NMA, CS, and HB. The camo job is just outstanding as is the detail of the model itself. HB made great vehicles. -- lancer

I'm jealous. :) I couldn't get the ambush camo pattern Jagdpanther. I got the 2 colour green camo but I think the ambush pattern is far nicer.

Would love to get this one.

 Me to...... The only Honor Bound Tanks I manged to get was one of the Panthers and recovery Panther

Unfortunately, I let most of them go by and I think our chances of getting them are slim and none and slim just left town:D

I was late to the party. I really wanted one of the HB Shermans and the ambush camo jagdpanther. I found a leftover "resupplying the Panther" on sale - one left- at a dealer. Scrounged another dealer storeroom for a slightly damaged but easily repaired Sherman and a forgotten bergepanther. The jagdpanther was very difficult. Louis helped me find one and it was 2 tone green which is ok but I never did see an ambush camo jag anywhere.

Pandagen1 said he has spares of the panthers and is willing to trade - don't know if that includes an ambush camo jag.

No afraid not, the jagds and the shermans were rare, I have some ordinary panthers, winter panthers and bergepanthers plus some other HB stuff. Willing to trade.

I never got to see one of the HB jagdpanthers in real life.
In the pictures they looked very unweathered and new looking.
Of them all I thought the ambush pattern version looked amazing.
I remember seeing a Gold version Tiger in ambush too.
Absolutely incredible.
Whoever ordered that one is a man of good taste!
