Barneywomble's Collection... It's not what you think... {sm3} (1 Viewer)

Its therapy Tom... ^&grin We are currently planning a "PICKING" trip down through NSW, VIC and SA before heading back up to Brisbane... We hire a camper with a few mod-cons and can pick up "STUFF" along the way. Get to see some countryside, spend some loot and have some fun as we go...:cool:

Maybe you should consider buying a white Mercedes Sprinter van with signs on the side saying "Antique Archeology" so you and the missus can drive around Oz humbugging old blokes and ratting through there sheds with a TV crew in tow!!! {sm2}{sm4}

Great stuff! It is always interesting to find out what others collect besides toy soldiers.

Marc,
Ok you made me Google {sm4}
Seems H&P are to the British Empire what Coca Cola is to USA but started earlier.

Huntley & Palmer's make some of the most collected biscuit tins in the world due to their unique designs... There have been others that make unusual biscuit tins as well but the H&P's rage are by far the very best and are a great investment... :)

All the Best
