I've been working on getting Ron Barzso's website updated with the new Fort Apache.. I should have his website updated this evening (Mar. 21). In the meantime I thought you might like to see some photos of Fort Apache.. Keep in mind, the fort is designed to accommodate larger scale figures (like TSSD and Paragon) as well as Ron's usual 54mm size. The central section of the blockhouse has been redesigned and the windows in new HQ building allows the different scale figures to not only stand with roof on, but also to shoot out of the windows. The fort is available as a complete fort as shown in the first photo.. The new pieces (e.g. HQ Building, Stable, Front Gate and central section of blockhouse are also available individually so you can expand Fort Boonesborough OR convert it to Fort Apache.

Thx,

Jim

Barzso's Fort Apache Was On Display At
the West Coaster. It Really Looks Great. Its
Parapets Hold TSSD Figures Easily.

That is a very nice looking fort indeed. Brings back memories of playing with plastic Indians and Cavalry troops a long, long time ago.

So is Barzo's next playsett a Fort Apache set with Apaches?

Those additions to the fort look great, like the new blockhouse, but really the stable is a needed item, great job Jim.:)

Thx for the positive feedback! It's appreciated..

@larso - No, Ron is not doing a Fort Apache Playset... As you know, TSSD and Paragon are making great Cavalry and Apache/Plains Indians.. Ron felt like this would be a great option for collectors of those lines, as well as a great way to expand Fort Boonesborough and/or convert Boonesborough into Ft. Apache.

Regards,

Jim

Thanks Jim! It is a great idea for him to make the piece compatable with the larger figures. I'm a bit tempted myself....

I finally have the Barzso Playsets Website updated with photos and pricing of Fort Apache and individual pieces... I still have to update the order form but I believe everything else is good to go.

Thx again for the positive responses!
