If anyone owns the K&C set from Bastogne, Mine Laying Surprise, did you notice that the soldier laying the mine has a star insignia on his helmet? Do you really think they would have a general officer out digging holes to lay mines? Just an observation.

Perhaps someone at HQ told him to get to the front line and get some 'mud on his boots' and he took it to the extreme!

Also i understand that the defence of Bastogne was very much an 'all hands on deck' situation so maybe he was just doing his bit.
