For anyone who's interested, I came across the Battlefield series of DVDs on Amazon. I believe this is a new release.This show was a late 90's, 2 hour program on cetain theaters of battles during WW2. Stalingrad, Battle for France, Battle of Britain Etc. Great footage and history leading up to the battle itself. Weapons, commanders.It's all here. I wondered why it took so long to hit DVD. Great price as well. 3 episodes/3 disks per set. 6 hours. $13.98. Highly recommend.

Yes I have all these on dvd and are well worth purchasing, great series in my view and I also highly recommend it.

I have the El Alamein one. The only problem is that they weren't really designed for the US market so it plays on the computer but not the home DVD player because of the region issue, even though it's supposed to play in all regions. Perhaps that has now been resolved.
