Just contemplating this figure.

I note the ammunition cartridge on this figure’s weapon is on the RHS. This man is about to receive a series of hot cartridges in his face!!

All FG42s I’ve seen have the cartridge on the left.

Does anyone know if any variants of the FG42 had such an RHS configuration?

No, it is a mistake.

I let Matt at FL know a couple weeks back, so hopefully future FG42s will be accurate.
