OK, the price increases are coming. It's a fact, so we deal with it! I, for one, plan to pick up a few pieces that I have been stalling on. Here's today's question. I am looking at either a US halftrack or the 1.5 ton Dodge 6X6. Would the truck passsengers - BBA040 - fit into the halftrack? I like the idea of showing the halftrack with its infantry loaded. Anybody have these sets who might know is welcome to comment.

Thanks,

Gary B.

Hey mate, the passengers do fit in, but it is a bit tight, and one of the figures has to fit up on a side of the halftrack:)
Dpon't have thedodge, but intend to get it!:D

My recommendation is the old gmc jimmy tuck with african american driver, and passengers!:DI've got a winter dio with the d-day partol jeep leading a convoy of the halftrack and the jimmy truck through an american defensive position, with the 105mm positioned to the right of the road to provide cover!:D

I also have the ambulance jeep and wounded sherman which I intend to add somehow when I expand it, and will hopefully get the dodge and ambulance and add them!:D:cool:

Thanks very much! I was going to use my 2.5 ton CCKW with the DDay stuff, but it would also look good in the Ardennes scene (one of my regrets about not buying two when they were available!). That small truck is still very tempting.

Gary B.
