Let us not forget the bravery and tenacity of the British infantry and New Zealand Mounted Rifles that paved the way for the ALH to ride into history.

Tom mate it was Howard who reminded me about the day and he didn't fail to mention that the 4th LH was a Victorian Reg..:rolleyes2: but I'm sure there was the odd Banana bender there as well...:wink2:

Well said Wayne, the 11th of November is one of the most important days of the year, would not miss it for the world. And then in just over a years time we will begin a series of Worldwide events to remember one hundred years since the start of World War one and all those who fought and died and their comrades now all gone.
