I was wondering if this line would be expanded. It has nowhere the level of fame that Normandy or the Bulge or DAK has, but it is now better known because of the Downfall movie. Mohnke, Speer, Eva, etc. love to see them all. Did this range sell well? Anyone know?

This is my favorite line, but I am probably in the minority here. I think Andy has indicated that some "eastern front" sets will be released in 2007. So maybe that will include Berlin - I hope so.

I hope there are a few more sets added to this Great line in 2007, I am still wanting/needing my dead Russians (Set) to place around my Berlin defenders. Maybe a rubble set with broken boxes, bricks, burnt out lamp post... to finish off the street. Just my thoughts.

I would like to see some Russian POWs and/or looters. Maybe some additional russian tanks - a JS 1 or 2 would be great. Also some non-German axis troops - ss french, dutch, hiwis units.

Yes I know, Andy said that the Russians are slow movers; but, MORE RUSSIANS, MORE RUSSIANS, MORE RUSSIANS (get the hint or do I need to use a hammer)!

Maybe if more variety were offered, with the improved quality of K&C figures, more Russian AFV, equipment, and soldiers would sell than have in the past. I would think they would, but I am not in the drivers seat and I don't have Andy's market information, so just consider this a voice from the wilderness.:D

Comrade sceic2 Would it not be more correct to use a hammer and sickle?

I would think if any tank would yank in a non-East Fronter, it would be the JS-2. The barrel & muzzle break on that thing is enormous. Such a massive gun on a relatively tiny tank, with the slinky treads & forward turret, it just looks like death slowly oozing down the street. It gets my vote for the most evil looking tank design of the war. Runner up is the Tiger1. I had the chance to see a JS-2 up close in Dresden. It was real creepy.

Yeah, Berlin provides alot of neat ideas. The characters I mentioned earlier, a Pantherturm on the ground, SS Nordland fanatics, Russian 203mm howitzer & tractor, a blasted Sd251 with the dead Frau in the back, the Gauleiter going around hanging people. Heck, you could even do the charred corpse itself. Who's gonna complain about that one. Or the guards pouring the petrol on the bodies.
