Black Hawk figures? (1 Viewer)

Gideon -

Hello my friend. I have 9 of this series and some of them are fantastic - particularly Crazy Horse. At the same time, others are hit and miss. The facial expresions on some of the figures throw me off the most as a few are comically exaggerated. Still, I plan to buy several more of them - mostly the Sioux and Cheyenne and look forward to their upcoming release of the Battle of Zama - the elephant looks fantastic!

Nothing in my collecting career has me as mixed up inside as that Carthaginian elephant. One the one hand, it is limited to 100 sets so there are some real pressures to get one immediately. I was hoping to do a decent sized Zama display but with only 100 out there, I am scared I may not get what I was hoping for (3-5) of them.

Still, a world cheaper than the St. Pete elephants.

Initially, I was all over this range, but with the relative small distribution of the elephants, it may be beyond my means.

either way, I will definately grab Scipio

Scipio is awesome> I really like him as well as the Hastati, Priceps and Triarus figures. i bought multiples and have them set up in battle formation. Looks sharp. However, I have two fo the elephants. very disappointing paint jobs. I am looking to get them repainted.
