there is no black indians.Well they can be plack if they paint their body black for war or something but indians who are known for the most dark skin are indians from tribe Kiowa and their skin is a little darker than others but it is more bronze not black so completely black indians do not exist in real.Maybe in the imagination of the producers

Not to get into an argument. but there were many cases of African Americans being adopted by tribes, primarily in the southeastern U.S. Some runaway slaves found refuge among many tribes. So technically, there were no black Indians but there were black members of the tribe. IMHO we are "splitting hairs" so to speak.
The fact is, a black man in Indian dress could and did appear on the battlefield.
