Here is my 3rd ever purchase of a K&C product from many years ago, the old AK019 Panzer III. What it lacks in track/wheel detail it makes up for in sentimental value. Note that the crew forgot their sunscreen as well. :)

(Forgive me for continuing to use this same backdrop and groundwork, but as long as it's out on the table.... and as long as I can keep our cats from peeing on it thinking the sand is a new litter box... well you get the idea :smile2:)

Looks Awesome Duke !!! What fun is collecting without nostalgia ?!
Great DAK AFV !!

Aside from the lack of wheel detail which was how it was done back then, I kept this Pz. III over the newer ones. it has character. The gun is accurate more so than the newer Pz. III and the crew man sitting half out of the side hatch gives a unique and realistic look.
Well done. (Tell your cats it's the dry season - no sprinkles {sm4}

This Panzer III is still one of my favorites. At the time, the crewman hanging out of the side turret hatch was very creative/progressive. KC's soldier poses are very original imo (as far as TS sculpts and to my knowledge). Where would WWII toy soldiers be today without KC. You got to love KC for that.

really great shots, well executed
guy:smile2:

Really like what you've done Duke, the tank is superb and the backdrop spot on mate, well done^&grin

Looking Good Duke, and heck Yeah....while everything is still on the table use it ! ^&grin

As well as the Panzer I think the figures look great and really set off the whole scene.

This is one of my favorites. Like you said, they forgot their sunscreen. The sunburn was a great touch!

Nice job displaying an all-time classic.

Very nice Duke. I've always liked #8 and Panzer III tanks in general. I would really like to add one of these to my collection. Passed on the newer model a few times, now it's hard to find.

What I really like about the older K&C vehicles (like the AK Tiger and 222 as well) is that they seemed to have more figures.

Great shots; it's always enjoyable to see what you'll picture next.

As Terry says it has character. One of the better tanks they made. The only problem with the tank is making sure that crew member doesn't fall off and chip.
