I just got my BM-10 Set in today - Thank You George (Warrior) for saving me !! The interesting point is that usually I buy these figures quickly - but, thought there would a little time when they come out to pick up a few - well ZIP, BANG, GONE - they went.

This should serve as a warning to us Braddock Collectors that the Toy Soldier Collectors World has found our little wonderful JJD soldiers and we better start PRE-ORDERING from now on !!

I mean these guys went out too quick - that 250 production number now requires careful attention.

Anyway - crisis avoided this time - I certainly won't let that happen again.

WORD TO THE WISE JJD COLLECTOR ! ;)

These are going fast, but keep in mind that "sold out" from JJ does not mean they are not available from dealers. I still see FM-03 and 04 and a lot of mid-BMs on the shelf at you know where.

My pre-ordered BM-10 set was delivered to me in fine time. To my absolute dismay, when I removed one of the figures his bayonet got caught in the foam packing and snapped right off. I could have just cried. I quickly called George (Warrior) also - he had two sets left and I got one of them. By the next day his last one was gone - I think he said he sold all of his 36 sets in 2 days. Anyway, I feel lucky to have got the second set, which by the way arrived today. I removed each figure very carefully as if I was performing brain surgery - LOL! As a side thought, does anybody know a recommended restorer that would be able to repair the bayonet on the damaged figure?

Mike,

Try Susan Leicht. She's listed in the Services section.

Combat

I agree there are still a few of the older figures out there - but, when these British Grends pop up - it looks like they are in high demand.

I guess my point is JJD is catching on now - which is good and bad - for us collectors. :)
