Hello All:

Spent a busy week in Boston last week placing dioramas at all the historical sites. Brought my wife and kids along too, so some history, some work, and some fun was had by all. This as many of you know, is a key part of our outreach to attract new collectors to toy soldiers and W. Britain.

And the clever eye will catch historical anamolies in these - Washington at Lexington and Concord, Col. Prescott at North Bridge - please note they are meant to be a sales aid and an eye catching diorama with as much historical accuracy as possible after taking all the aforementioned into account! Enjoy!

I am a ACW collector. My next step is the colonial period. Great pics and wonderful dios. Thanks for posting them.:):):)

I was in New Haven last week to see the exhibition Edwardian Opulence at the Yale Center for British Art (see poster below). The Museum Shop still maintains a case of W. Britain's figures for sale, all of British subject matter.

1. Yale Center for British Art: Permanent Collection Galleries
2. Yale Center for British Art: Museum Shop
3. Poster for Edwardian Elegance
(Eye candy for fans of Downton Abbey and Mr. Selfridge)
4. Autochrome Portrait from Edwardian Opulence

Hi Richard,
I love the dioramas! Great idea to place them in those locations.
Best wishes,
Benjamin

The Yale Center for British Art is one of my absolute favorite art museums ever. I go there very often. My favorite painting is l'Enfant du Regement by Milais.
Richard/Ken- great dios, as ever!

Also, I believe my house is a key Napoleonic historic site-you may leave the dioramas on the front porch in proper packaging, as I am away at school.{sm4}^&grin

Very good Sandor, we'll drop them off next week!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I’m sure that whoever made the grass had a lot of fun with these projects.

:)

My favorite is definitely the one with the bridge. I always like scenes that include water.

:)
