Guys, this weekend we made the three hour drive to Bovington Tank Museum in Dorset and by jingo it was worth the trip!. Superb Museum with more AFV's than you could shake a Panzerfaust at. Here are some shots from the visit (more to follow);

My pleasure Wayne, glad you like them mate. But don't go away there are a couple more coming that I thought you'd like especially.

Rob

Actually Wayne there are quite a few more for you uploading now, it'll take a while so pop back later mate!

Rob

The Museum people clearly don't read this site as it appears they have mixed the manufacturers and scales of the AFV's . This will not go down well with the Treefrog rivet counters :cool:

Wayne this Tiger is just awe inspiring it really is. I know the KT and Jagdtiger are bigger still but this baby really is something. Up close she is so intimidating , the guys in Shermans and Churchill's must have had nuts of iron to face this. The story of her capture is quite something (I'm sure you know it) with the lucky shot jamming in her gun turret. Knew you'd like this so my missus got plenty of pics of her for you. Hope you like it mate.
