Boxer Rebellion (2 Viewers)

Due out in June and July!
Looks like this could be a very dynamic line.

Does anyone know if these will be comparable in size to Thomas Gunn Miniatures Collectors Club CLUB023 Boxer Rebellion U.S. Marine Dan Daly 1:30 Scale?
Thanks Benjamin

I have figures of the Roman series at home who fit in well with Thomas Gunn and King & Country.

I’d imagine scale will be same as King and Country considering the historical relationship between Team Minitues and them.

Nice pieces, but I’d like to see more of future releases before buying

I have put in an order with treefrog for pretty much all of them.
I think there is enough here for a nice diorama even if the range doesn't go much further.
Enormous potential if it does though.

I have the full east of india range from many years ago , although they were very different
Scale at more like 1/35.

I dont have the heritage miniatures range by way of comparison.

Best

I'm looking forward to this line too. I like that they did the German troops, but I'm really looking forward to the US Marines. I always liked the look of the Japanese troops too.

If they come out as K&C 1/30 compatible then the Kings X marching roughriders will blend, plus there was an individual britains spanish-american war marine piece produced which sits fine alongside in my display cabinet next to the TGM piece mentioned earlier in the thread.

:salute::

Nice looking figure.I was always going to get it but I never did.

Team figures also paint/produce many of the K&C figures and they are the same scale.

Last Fall they shared some of their plans with me and I shared some ideas. They were going to do try the Russian Civil war. I suggested the Boxer Rebellion. It has always been one of my favorite period. It would cover the interests of their Chinese market and also appeal to people worldwide. I hope to help them develop more ranges.

Great decision. So much colour and variety in the forces in this conflict, and has to be more commercial appeal than Russian civil war. There are still a couple of other colonial conflicts hardly touched by the matte hobby out there.......Indian mutiny and Boer war. The former has the colour and variety.

On their home page, on the changing images part, that they have a scene of the future 8 US Marines mixed in with the German Marines against the Chinese.
