On the weekend massive day doing DIO's at college.

Have taken down previous Light Horse DIO and these are some photographs of the new DIO Going For The Wells

Also first time trying to post photpgraphs so if I get it wrong my apologies.

So much to take in. That retreating Turk General is very effective. Those recent releases of walls certainly tie the town together. Really like the rapid flow of ALH spreading thru all the roadways between the great variety of buildings. The mounted column looks impressive heading toward the main gate too. Does not get any better than this, using all the wonderful desert village items and fantastic ALH series. Well done guys. :salute:::salute::, Robin.

[The Military Workshop]

Some may have noted the minaret was not placed on top of the mosque as would normally be the case. This was not possible due to the height of the perspex cover that covers the diorama.

Whilst the table was already done this Dio layout was designed by Mark with assistance of Larso and Neale. As Jack says it is two minutes after the charge in last years display with a few more figures added. They set it up in one session and certainly does look good.

For some reason they did not like my idea of having Lawrence of Arabia already well inside the town{sm4}
