Man, if I have to answer one more question about either a point or flat corn beef brisket I'm gonna lose it!!! in just over a week I have sold over 600 hundred briskets for St. Pattys day feast and still have Fri,Sat, Sun to go{eek3} if I'm lucky we won't run out, always amazes me how many folk buy briskets for St. Patricks day but heave no clue how to cook them:)...Sammy

Same as horse isn't it? Chuck it through a mincer, stick some pasta sheets either side of it, stick it in a plastic container and stuff it in the microwave.

Isn't it true that corned beef brisket is an American Irish adaptation, and that in Ireland, they would tend to have a ham or other cut of pork instead?
