Your list(s) should be posted on the Britains website hyper-linked to photos. Maybe you can use your position convince Richard. When will we have an on-line database of all new Britains figures produced since 1973 (since 1893 would be the ideal...)?

Hi Hugh,

You know thats a pretty good idea! I will run it by the guys over there at Britains and see if they are thinking about doing something like this. I have my list for the Durbar Series too so if there was someone who wanted to do the list for other eras such as WWI WWII and Napoleonics etc, we could make it easier for them to agree to this kind of a project by handing them a partial solution. Any of you guys want to collaborate on a list like this PM me and we'll get started. I think a list with set numbers number of figures and year of manufacture would be a great starting place. Photos maybe a Bridge too far right now but who knows maybe someone would have pictures of all of these sets. I know I have a lot but I would have to work my scanner over pretty hard to get them in digital format. Anyway I like the idea and hope some of you do too.

I wouldn't be surprised if Norman Joplin already has all the lists done for his new book, since its supposed to cover 1983 --2003 at least, with photos. Maybe after publication, something could be extracted from that?
