I renewed my membership long before that Mark and I have heard nothing also . . . . Probably due to the recent change in ownership . . . .

I joined back in mid January and received a confirmation email from 1st Gear.

I renewed mine and spoke to Katie here in the UK some time ago also, though it was before the change.

I suspect Ken et al are working flat out to get things up and running along with the change of office/warehouse. Keeping up the development of new products in all the different ranges we may collect etc. just right now we are in a short transition period where we are all waiting with baited breath to see that the particular lines we love are still continued and developed.

We all know there are always going to be unexpected delays however frustrating it may appear and while things seem to be turning slowing for us on the forum, I'm sure in reality they are moving a pace and I'm sure we all have full confidence that we will be very happy with what Ken and Britain's will be offering to us in the coming months and years and will want to offer him our full support through sales in this wonderful new development when the offerings of Britain's will be further attuned with what ourselves as collectors want !

I just don't want to miss out on the new catalogs when they come out which shouldn't be too long now.

I had tried to renew my membership in January by mail, but it must have not happened with the sale going on.
When I called, no one seemed to answer the new number, and no one answered my e-mails.

I went online to renew a few weeks ago, and nothing has been posted to my credit card yet.

Strange that we are not hearing anything from anyone at W.Britain.

Hi All,
We were buried in the details of the move, which also required re-entering most of the inventory data.

Ericka will be starting on the Club Memberships very soon, including any renewal dues that are pending. We are going through all of the paper records to avoid double charging anyone too.

We just sent the new catalog and Standard off to the new printer here in Ohio so we hope to have it back by next week so we can start packing and shipping the membership packages.

The eight new club figures for 2016 are being painted and will be shipped to members as soon as they arrive here. I am sure many of you looked at the metal samples at either the London show or the Westcoaster...we feel they are some of the best Club Exclusives to date. There will also be a few other items offered to the club later in 2016, including some additional figures.

The Phone... believe it or not we have only had one functioning phone line in the big building since we relocated, but that should also be fixed by the end of the day today.
If the phone has rung and not picked up it is because we were on the other line and the roll-over number just rang!

Please feel free to contact us with any questions and thank you for your patience!
Ken

Thank you for your response Ken.I know your real busy.

That is good news, I am going to wait a little longer before I renew my membership and let the backlog get drawn down. No sense just adding to the stack. Chris
