I thought I would add that those in attendance at the dinner this year also received a figure from Britains as well. It is a touched up Confederate #31089. It was very generous of Mr. Walker/Britains to give this figure to attendees and I thought they should be acknowledged for it. Thank you very much.

That's a keeper, a great way to remember an experience that does not come along very often, lucky you, cheers, Robin.

I was not able to attend the dinner and missed this one . . . . would love to have been able to add it to my collection . . . Congrats Joe . . . . .

Indeed John. It was very nice to meet you as well. I wish we had more time to chat. Maybe next year I will have more of a chance so we can sit down and talk for a bit.

Could someone please tell me what is the difference between this figure and #31089 besides getting it at the show and it having a certificate ?

Gentle Friends,

Unquestionably, this figure is a keeper. The provision of the figure for dinner attendees is a very generous gesture on the part of W. Britains and I very much appreciate receiving one. Thank you W. Britains and thank you, Richard, for allowing me to add this figure to my collection. I am very proud of it.

I think it is also worth noting that Richard painted the hats on these figures. I think it is a special touch to note that Richard, the General Manager of W. Britains, took time from his very busy schedule to paint 75 hats for us.

Warmest personal regards,

Pat :)
