Any news on Britains stuff in Chicago? Any surprises?
It's awful quiet here

The Britains room was closed when I was at the show yesterday. I was probably there to early or just missed it when it was open. It should be open today.

Has anybody seen anything new from the Britains universe today? Like Britfarmer, I have been wondering if any new Zulu stuff will make an appearance this weekend.

Hopeing they show some new Napoleonic or American Revolution also Zulu.:) Any body at the show please if you got any pictures post them. Maybe Ken will after the show im sure.

It's pretty quiet isn't it? Info on new matte AND glossy zulu releases would make my day. Or info on any other line as well.

some good additions to the zulu war range there!!! the question is will there be any more added to the gloss series?

That looks like an excellent little group of new figures for AZW. Especially like the officer in what looks like a patrol jacket. Excellent news!

Thanks guys.

MD an others the figures appearing in the photo are based on the photo plate which appears on page 50 in OSPREY Campaign Series Nr. 14 ZULU WAR 1879and it's a beauty....The Lt.

Thanks for the tip, LT. Did you have some heads up on that or did you just recognize the figures when you saw them? Unfortunately all of my books, like everything else, are still boxed up in storage so I can't check that out right away.

Here is a photo of the set as it will appear in the January 2009 WB Catalog. It is based on an illustration in Osprey's Zulu War 1879 by Ian Knight & Ian Castle. It will be a Limited Edition and it knocked my socks off when I saw it.
