Well, I've seen pictures of the "new" Britains plastic sets
Repainted ACW - I'm totally underwelmed {sm2}

They have been painted by blind Tibetan nuns using brushes made from the hair of virgin Yetis
Have a look at the Mitchtoy site' forthcoming new releases'{eek3}

They look fine to me and are certainly painted as good if not better than I remember as a kid.

Agreed. You can still find 1980s Deetail at a reasonable price so why buy these inferior versions.
I'm actually looking for some Deetail Arabs to go with my NorthWest Frontier Conte and Jenkins Highlanders
