Has anyone in the UK seen any signs of 'new' William Britains?

Clash of Empire - from 16039 number onward
War of the Nile - from 27078 number onward

I have to admit I have virtually stopped collection Britains, as they are very slow in delivering, before anyone highlights the office/factory moving, this has been something that has been happening for years, it was 2015 when there was an announcement over the new 88mm gun and according to the website it will be Winter 2017 when it is released? I overheard someone say at the Dec 16 London show "they did not know what was quicker, Britains deliveries or evolution?". There are also many others out there who produce as good or better quality for around the same price, T Gunn for example and John Jenkins. I used to like the Zulu, but they have turned into a "same old same old", for the last 2 to 3 years there has been nothing which adds value to my collection.................

But on the off chance I would like a few of the above ranges to add too the only 2 ranges of Britains I now collect. There has been little out in these ranges for a while and I mix them in with John Jenkins, which fit together very well.

Sorry this turned into a bit of a rant, but Britains used to be, in the UK, the standard for any collector.

Appears that the back catalogue is being uplifted in price to current pricing levels from the 1st March 2017 in the USA. Anyone know if this applies in the UK? Around £35 for a single figure. Ouch!

I would assume it's everywhere. Dealer margins shouldn't vary from country to country.

The Bushy Run sets seem to have been available in the US for weeks but one UK dealer still has 'pre-order' not in stock on their site.

The shipment to the UK was delayed for the holidays. The US office was open between Christmas and New Years so we could receive our shipment and this is why the US has the stock early this time. Sometimes it lands on the UK first, but in this case we had our portion of the run first.
Sorry if this has caused any confusion.

This pricing is for the US office and the areas serviced by our office.
Our UK/EU distributor Bachmann UK sets their own prices and policies and although we work closely with them, it is not dictated by us.

As of summer 2016 we started printing the prices in the consumer catalogs and it will be more consistent. These prices were already established by almost all of the 2016 releases so not everything is impacted, only items that are still in supply in the warehouse here and 'evergreen' items that will be reordered as supplies run low.
We have made no suggestion or demands to retailers as far as pricing of items already in the marketplace.
