British 1st Regiment of Foot (Royal scots) vs. First Brigade of the Left Division of the US Army...

sorry the title was too long to fit in the caption....

This is going to be a permanent shelf display in my house...it will look good in my office...I like the way it turned out...especially the rocks I made and the terrain.

I made the hydrostone cliff wall...there are more pictures on the Hydrostone Rock thread...

I used Scott's Brigade...US Army...the American Naps...hahahaha

Brigadier General Winfield Scott, commanded the First Brigade of the Left Division of the US Army.

Defeated the The British First Regiment of Foot...The Royal Scots...led by commander General Sir Phineas Riall in the 1814 Niagara campaign.

American regulars finally won a convincing victory over the British army, whose troops were among the best in the world.

Really nice display. I've gotten to like figures representing troops on the march.

Nice display, Michael! And it really shows off how nicely the rocks turned out.

Prost!

Thank you Manitous, Mike, Scott and Brad...

Scott...I agree...the the 1812 marching troops are very versatile and some of my favorites...also the BM's and VM's.
