I started to build a "double frame" Bailey bridge: (looks more like a jigsaw)
-laser cut on a BRM laser cutter
-made of 1mm thick MDF
- First row of Bailey panels joint together and held in place by gaffs and toothpicks ( see picture)
I will publish more pictures as I go along

Certainly looks like a fiddly job Guy, hopefully you'll not have any mishaps with so many delicate pieces !:salute::

Guy....always a please to see your new builds and the progress you make on them.

the 1st five double panels assembled and painted in an olive drab surface primer
( a hell of a job; especially the painting of all the corners and sides)

The two panels of the "double frame" Bailey bridge joined together through the glueing in place of the transom beams and the sway braces
