Thanks for the info on Canada Terry--we ship to many more countries than that though and this order amount seems to be about right for the majority of customers who give us feedback.

And what do your customs forms from Treefrog say by the way? I don't think it's 'used goods of $23 value' Happy Unbirthday Terry, love Aunt Ethel and Uncle Fred.

They used to say "Love, Mandy" but now they just show the actual cost as they always have.

And, if I've got this right, it was because Treefrog forgot or won't put the value on the declaration?
£300.00??? sort of negates the "free shpping" just a tad.

You could have got a cheap flight to the US for that.

I only got the bloody invoice today, wil not get them for like another month as no one is around my house during the daytime, but there is a bright side, for an extra £12 I could get it delivered on a Saturday!

K&C UK is the way forward for me!!!!!!

It is not Treefrogs fault this happened Scott. Customs, duty taxes are the responsibilty of the buyer!!! Always have been, always will be. I understand you are shocked at the £300. I know I would be but to blame TF is not fair either is asking them to lie on governement documents.

Meant to add the above message and say that I know it was only bacause of our nation's custms things, but I won't be buying from overseas again, but treefrog was the only overseas company I bought stuff from!
