Looks like Chinese Military , was lucky to find swing a deal for this guys....cheap too.

That's a PLA set, from the handover of Hong Kong. The Chinese troops were produced circa 1997. If you go to the brochure section on Bill Sager's website you can see the figures.

Were those on eBay or a private purchase?
