Victor Davis Hanson suggested this in a couple of his latest podcasts. The C-130 has the lifting capacity, and it wouldn't take major modifications to allow it to carry one. The Israelis are certainly capable of making appropriate mods to the transport. It's an alternative to having US aircrew carry out such a mission.
