Welcome to the forum! I'm sure we'll be able to help, but I'll second Mirof. If you can tell us if there are any markings on the undersides of the bases, that will help; photos of the undersides would be even better.
Having said that, I think they're definitely of Russian manufacture, and I think they depict soldiers of the White armies during the Russian Revolution. The banner with the "K" makes me think of Admiral Kolchak, one of the leaders of the anti-Bolshevik forces. The figures remind me of figures I've seen sold by dealers like Sergei Ilyashenko (Lead Armies), though I don't know a specific manufacturer. The bases especially are similar to the bases on some Russian figures I have. They could date to the late 80's/early 90's, perhaps, up to the present.
What does everyone else think?
Prost!

I purchased these toy soldiers from the estate of an elderly Russian woman, but I can't figure out anything about them. Can anyone help me?
thanks!
The Kornilov Regiment was an elite unit in the White Russian Army, eventually expanded to a 4 Regiment Brigade. They were formed by Kornilov who was a real right wing fanatic but was killed early in the Russian revolution. The Brigade fought tthe Bolshevik Red Army in the Crimea and left Russia at the end of the revolution.
A very timely set given current affairs.

Hi,
These are Russian maker "souvenier" type figures from the 1980s. I had a set awhile ago, they did not only Russian Army, but US, German, etc. Anyhow, value, relative, probably $5-10 per figure. SO, they can be "played" with, BUT, they are all LEAD, so not really a great idea for the younger clan to play with. I would put them on a shelf high in the sky until he is older so to speak!
Best
