Hi, Peavee, I suspect it's a kit figure, assembled and painted by a model figure builder. It reminds me of figures by Andrea or Pegaso. What's the figure's height? Is it taller than 54mm?
Yes It's a little bigger that my Arkova Panoply knights. I was thinking the knight was Teutonic with that eagle on the cross but I haven't found anyone yet.
