Hello everyone,

It's been a while since I've last posted here. It had also been a while since I last built a display for Sierra Toy Soldier, but here we are with one of four new displays I've created lately. Total compliments to John for the fantastic work he did on the Roman and Carthaginian forces utilized in this display. He truly captured the beauty of the uniforms and the horror of combat with the poses he decided to sculpt.

Anywho, enjoy this display of Roman forces fighting in Carthage. Photo credits to Alex, who's helping me figure out how to photograph displays behind glass {sm4}

Splendid scene. Like the columns adding to the setting. One of my favorite periods for collecting.Greg.

Yes you can hardly go wrong when you are using John’s beautiful sculpts. This is confirmed by your marvellous scene. Robin.:salute::

An outstanding display in all aspects. Well staged and well photographed. Very pleasing "eye candy" for the viewer.

Hey Mike,

Thanks for the positive thoughts! I really appreciate it! I'm sure I'll post some more photos here in the future. The good thing about Jenkins is that with the numbers of items we have in stock, we can make some stellar displays!

Next display up, Vikings crashing a Saxon castle!

Cheers,

Cody

The whole diorama looks very good but the temple ruins really set it off.

Thank you! We've had these temple ruins for a while now and I had no clue how to use them in a diorama, so I'm glad I included them in this. I'd love for John to revisit this series a bit and add some Carthaginian buildings or elephants or something to that effect.

Thanks again,

Cody
