I purchased this figure on EBAY and it did not come with the original box. Does anyone know the catalogue number for this figure?

Hi ,
I believe this figure may be part of the original Northgate (Hougoumount) set. The info on the bottom of the base is....... Britains 1999 N-6 (in a square cartouch) then a number (in white) 173 9L
